Here's a Spanish group that has graphic design things such as banners, avatars and such created with images taken from Pixiv, etc.



I've tried to get explanations and the founder told me (in Spanish) that they won't stop doing it, because "they like it". Also uses the "We can't ask for permission /find the original artist" as excuse.

Here's an "official game art" thief: Has used tons of official Pokémon stuff for his banners and such, as well as what seem Japanese fanart, etc.
